Four-Armed Avalokiteshvara
& Mahakala Practice

• The four-armed Avalokiteshvara is renowned as the embodiment of the compassion of all the Buddhasis. The four arms signify the four truths of love, compassion, equanimity, and joy. By reciting the mantra can purify our mind's obscurations and remove negative karmas.
• The two-armed Mahakala called Bernakchen is a protector of the Karma Kagyu school. It is often thought to be the primary protector, but it is actually the main protector of the Karmapas specifically.

Vajrasattva , Meditation &
Guru Yoga Practice
• Vajrasattva is the embodiment of the consciousness of all the Buddhas, appearing in the aspect of a white-colored Deity specifically to purify living beings' negativity.
• Guru Yoga is the practice of merging with the wisdom mind of the master, lies at the very heart of the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition of Tibet

Kalachakra Practice
• Kalachakra means Wheel of Time which belongs to the Supreme Yoga set of tantras and contains the most subtle instructions on the achievement of Buddhahood. The benefits of Kalachakra knowledge include making the soul healthy through switching pain and suffering to happiness & divine understanding.

Phowa Practice (Every two months)
• Phowa, transference of consciousness, is the simplest and most direct method to attain enlightenment. Through a combination of breath, mantra and visualization techniques applied at the time of death, the consciousness is ejected from the crest aperture, circumventing the Bardos and avoiding rebirth in the six realms of cyclic existence. From this gate one's consciousness can be transferred directly to the domain of Amitabha Buddha .
• This course is only open to those who have completed Phowa retreat.

Green Tara Practice

Medicine Buddha ,
Mandala Offering & Salutation
• Medicine Buddha practice is extremely powerful and beneficial for the sick and dying, as well as those who have already passed away.
• Mandala offering a preliminary practice for accumulating merit, in which one symbolically offers the entire universe to the field of merit.
• Saluation purifies the body, speech and mind, eliminates ego and attachment.

Guru Rinpoche Tsok Offering Puja
• Guru Rinpoche promised his Sangha that whatever is offered to him on his special day, the 10th day of the Tibetan calendar, the merit will be multiplied immeasurably. The numbers and intention of practitioners participating in the tsok, the abundance of offerings and the dedication of the practice to all sentient beings, all increase and multiply the good karma for ourselves and countless others. (Please feel free to bring food or drinks to offer at the alter).

Chod Practice

• Chod means "cutting through ego", is based on the Prajnaparamita Sutra and its view of the wisdom of emptiness.
• The Chod practice is a powerful, dramatic practice of cutting through ego-attachment and delusion by visualising offering up one's body to malevolent spirits and karmic creditors.
